Please allow 5-14 business days for customizations.

Renee Royalty Wigs will not be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. 

Please do not request tracking information until the appropriate processing time for your order has passed. 

After receiving tracking information shipping takes between 2-5 business days. 

 

​Booking: Please message me before booking to ensure I will be available. My schedule changes weekly.  If you schedule me on a day I am not available your appointment will be moved to the "Squeeze In Install" or CANCELED.

Overnight shipping is not available for 613 units

For on hand units/ pickups 

The wig must be paid in FULL before receiving an address to pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS. I accept cashapp or applepay only. 

there will now be a new location, you will receive the address and a time I am also available to meet. It'll be a 20 minute grace period, after that you'll have to text me to reschedule another day.

Drop offs will remain the same with the $40 fee.
